Thanks for posting this! We made cornstarch sidewalk paints the other day, but I LOVE this even more. I always love finding ways to make homemade versions of the cool crayola products cheaper, easier, and more eco friendly!

I really love the paints - but I'm wondering, does the food coloring stain at all? I've done a lot of projects with food coloring and had it stain my hands for a long time. I was curious about it staining the kids or the bathtub.

Also, I love the decorated tiles in your tub. Did you make those? Did you make them and then add them to the tub?

I'm just full of questions today!

My husband happened to be next to me when I showed him this entry and said "see...isn't this a great idea" which prompted a converstation on how we are so not creative (although I'm changing that...I'm making a BIG effort this year!LOL) but how cool that there are freaky creative types out there I can either copy or get inspiration from.

So I guess that is how I catagorize artsy types..."freaky creative types"

I'm making some for my kid but I think I might want some for me too!LOL

Hi !
Thanks for this brilliant idea..I'm definitely going to try it. My little one loves making a mess, but the bath crayons are a total pain to wash off.
Cheers for popping by and leaving a comment today too :)
