I can’t figure out how to link now that I took the giant leap from AOL to firefox-I know, I know!  Anyways Rock To Wind a String Around encouraged me to post 10 things about me

1.  I hate wet paper and those wooden popscicle sticks.  They are like nails on the chalk board to me.

2. I still have 1 baby tooth.

3. I feel naked without toe nail polish.

4. I love clean windows.

5. I have been nursing one child or another for the past 13 years.

6. My Dad named me Happy as a baby and my Mom changed it.

7. I have  had the same 2 silver bracelets on my right arm since I was 16.

8. I started kindergarden at 4.

9. I once broke my jaw, needed surgery to reconnect my 2 bottom front teeth and a root canal  by biting down on a fork diagonally.

10. From the time I was 14 to 17 years old I was a pitcher on a softball team that traveled around the United States.

So there you have it.

  1. Yay, a fellow baby toother… I’m 34 and I still have one that is looking unwilling to leave me. :) My nails on chalkboard is people eating chewing gum, I cannot tolerate sitting or standing near someone who is munching on the stuff.

  2. I hate wooden popsicle sticks too…and wooden spoons. Can’t lick em. Ugh.

The baby tooth thing is interesting! Is is a lot smaller? Where is it?

  3. Yo Happy! That story made my teeth hurt. (Did you have Ginger’s personality when you were a baby?) Also my chalkboard thing? Cottonballs. Worse yet with glue. Worse yet with glue and glitter. Kill me now.

  4. OMG, Happy. I’m changing it back.

  5. Hey, Happy! You know, that works for you.

I didn’t know some of those, but I have always coveted your bracelets.

  6. SARAH—so interested about my baby tooth!! It is my upper left fang. So as far as fangs go-it is much smaller. I couldn’t pass for a vampire! The big tooth is in the roof of my mouth. I wouldn’t stand for the surgical process to remove or move either of the teeth. It also has a filling in itooth colored of course.

DAWN—The whole fork thing happened when I was about 26 or 27 right before I got pregnant with Jake.

And yea yea yea on all the Happy comments. It fit me as a baby! Not so much now I know. Tee Hee Hee!

  7. Mine is my upper right fang… the adult one didn’t appear for whatever reason and the dentist never mentioned that is was positioned anywhere else in my mouth, so I’m assuming that it never developed.

  8. Like Dawn I thought of Ginger, you could have named her happy. I love watching her, she is always so busy and happy. In fact all of your kids are happy. (at least when I see them, LOL)

  9. This is cool, but your photos are something else. Totally in awe.
