Try using the cheap little rubbery ring guards on the thong portion of your sparklies…they are usually pretty thick and should bend to the ‘form’ of your toes…

I just saw that the other day at the dentist in FF mag!! (I like waiting on the kids at the dentist’s, I get to read magazines :))

I thought it looked like fun. I remember making necklaces out of yarn the same way when I was a kid. Was it jumpy?

I’d be taken in by the sparklys, too. I love hoofers like that. I’ve been walking all over town in flip-flops these days and you should see my sad, pathetic, fithy (!) feet.
