Hurl

Sorry for the lag-the mundane has taken over.  My husband is out of town which adds to the load a bit.

Thursday  after preschool and gym classes we went to a climbing class.  Molly loves to climb, so this was a real treat for her.  She is already planning a trip back with with her Dad and a friend.

Last night we met friends at Gallery 202 for Chair is Art exhibit

Molly’s art class worked on a few chairs that were in the show.IMG_6645 IMG_6644 IMG_6646

Unfortunately Abby’s family came with out her, because she is so sick.  I am feeling a little guilty that Molly probably spewed and coughed her nasty sick germs over the at their house. If  you have a line on Peach Hi-C let me know.  It may help to ease my guilt.

Virtual $10 to anyone who can tell me what this is a photo of:

Well not really-but just play along with me, will ya?

Sorry for the ADHD post but I am a little crazy because I am going to hang some of my photographs here tonight.  No the website hasn’t been updated for April.  And No there hasn’t been much advertising for this months show. And yes I know there is a good chance that only 10 people may come.  And they may not even look at my stuff.   But this is my first time showing any of my work and I am filled with  vomit .  More so because my husband is gone and the kids want to go to friends that live waaayyy across town and then I have to get back and with my own hammer and nails to hang my own work-that I had to sort through and pick out with only the trusted opinions of my 3 kids and the really nice guy at the camera shop.  And because of the pack rat sort of person that I am I have about 12 things to bring tonight-which is too many.   Sorry honey, I will never take you for granted again!   Be sure to bring me wine and a barf bag when you get in this evening!

Your pics will look great at the show! I wish I could go with you. My fever is gone, but it took my voice with it. I’d call, but then we’d have to work out some sort of Morse code and I’m pretty sure neither of us could handle that. I don’t think you should be feeling guilty about these germs. Molly spewed them all over more than a week before I came down with it. There’s no way it came from her.

Email me and tell me what that picture is. I can’t figure it out!

Sorry about Spark. Sharon said they had a flyer at their house and everything, and it must have been canceled just this past week.

Enter your photos in the State Fair, though! Download the prospectus here: http://ohiostatefair.com/osf/downloadbooks/specialevents/finearts/prospectus08.pdf

Ummmm…. a train? I see a light pole, possibly a window and what I think is a rail road crossing sign so I’m going with that. I love slow exposure light bleed pictures like that.

Maybe the thought of a small turn out will lessen your anxiety? I’m sure it will be fabulous and your photographs will be enjoyed by all who attend.

umm… you can always call when you need someone to drive the kids around so that you can get things done….. just so you know that I do not mind!!!!
As for the pic…. cars at night in traffic….how did the photos turn out at the show?

ALISSA——-Oh, well I am one step ahead for next time! Thanks for the fair link-I was planning on doing that. In previous years how many pieces have you enter?

Wow that is exciting. Your photos are superb!
It looks like a rcetrack of some kind…with a track and spotlights…?

ANNA—–You are correct! We were stuck at a train the other night and I happened to have my camera. I was going to get out of the car but my girls were freaking out, so I just hung out the passenger window. See my post later about the show.

HOTTIE—–Thanks, I will keep that in mind!!
