I had someone swipe a photo of mine off of flickr yesterday even though it is copy righted.  In all fairness he did give me credit for the photo-but really only to cover his butt if he were to get caught.  And he did.  To make matters worse not only is he a local artist also, but when he inquired publicly about purchasing my photos to make all right with my world again-he never responded back to me.  This is the second theivery of my photos that I know of.  There may be others. I no longer put anything that I might sell or exhibit on flickr.

My Etsy shop will be open very soon-so if you want a print please wait and buy it from me.

    sometimes lately i’m not sure if i want to be on flickr at all.

    or online, really.

    can’t decide.

    Hi there, isn´t there some setting on flickr that makes it impossible to copy the photos? I´m pretty sure there is…

    There are only copyright choices you can apply but it doesn’t stop people from doing a screen capture. I could watermark my photos but that is not fool proof either. I have decided it best to just not put everything out there.
