Great photos!!! Thanks for the yummy Chai - I need the recipe! And, finally, I will share what I commented to Dawn, because it stands for you as well: “It was great to see you - I only wish I spent those 4 hours hanging out and talking with you all in line…we left home earlier than we had originally planned, so I was rushed out the door with only coffee and milk in my belly, no sunscreen (I know, I should have asked the prepared folks!), and no water, at first, so I kept hanging out in the shade, and I was just kinda not myself. I got sunburned and tired, but it was an amazing day, and I wish I had not listened to Robert…I wish the girls had been there. I missed them all day…it did not feel right to be witnessing such an important moment in our lives without them. Great, again, to see you, but I do hope we get to make up for not hanging out there, by hanging out somewhere soon…let me know if you will be attending/volunteering for any events. xox” So, please keep me posted - I miss not having you and Dawn in my life!

“Whoever heard of a fine piece of elephant?”

HAHAHAHAHA.

Still jealous.

Wonderful photos… I can almost feel the energy and excitement. I so hope that Obama is elected President. Even though I am British, I would be profoundly disappointed if McCain were elected. Just as I was when Bush became President in 2000.

This morning a coworker walked into my office and declared “That Obama scares me.” Obviously, we haven’t worked together long. And by the look on my face he knew I was not in agreement. We had a bit of a debate on the matter. The end result - I’m not confident Obama will win. And that would be a great shame.

I’m glad to see you went to the rally. I wish I could have been there with you.

OMG, I’m sooo jealous you were able to attend one of his rallies! I LOVE your pics!

Would you mind if I put an image of a t-shirt you took a pic of on my blog? It’s the hilarious one about “whoever heard of a great piece of elephant”.

Thanks!
