Weekend Update

Not much to update-this was a week of dentist appointments, phone calls, other appointments, cleaning, laundry, and lots of political talk. I didn’t want to bombard everyone here with politics so after the last couple of posts I have been “talking” to my in real life friends about the election and the campaign. We have found a way to volunteer and if you are are local and part of our homeschool group, let me know if you want in!!

We are getting ready to leave for Maine so next weeks updates may also be slim pickins’. We have tidal pool plans, lobster eating, letterboxing and a museum or two in mind. But in the mean time, if you are interested my etsy shop, PeppersGoods is open and ready for business!! Thanks to Sharon and Dawn!! I could not have figured all that out!!! There is a link on the right side of the page if you want to check back.  There is also a button to link you to Read To Feed.  I signed Molly up  for a heifer project by reading for donations.  I signed up through Skip To My Lou.

I have a few extra little people at my house tonight ..off to tuck them in.

Enjoy Maine and congrats on PeppersGoods!

I’ve been meaning to comment for awhile now. I love your blog. You and the kids do a lot of fun things and you’re a great mom. I love to read your stories. And your pictures are awesome! What kind of camera do you use.

Thanks Sheila. I recently upgraded my camera from a canon rebel xti (that I still often use because it is light weight and I have a telephoto lens for it) to a Nikon D300-which I love. Let me know if you and your kids are interested in our Obama activities. Nice to hear from you!

Love your shop, GREAT pictures!! Love the wildflowers one and the girls in the field.
