		<description>Hi Kristen, I&#039;m joining the challenge. I wanted to send something last week but I couldn&#039;t come up with an American themed recipe. This weeks recipe is Pumpkin Soup. I haven&#039;t actually cooked it yet, I&#039;m making it this evening, so I&#039;ll have to update the post to let you know how it turns out.
