Free Martinis

Last night, my dear friend Dawn, not only passed my blogger name on to a VIP list to attend the private grand opening of Martini Park.  She even offered to watch my kids so my husband could go with me. Woo hoo- a date!

The place was hoppin’.

All the food and drinks were free. Lucky for us-since we are sort of the bargain basement crowd!  The martinis came in so many flavors it was hard to decide what to order!  The coconut martini had toasted coconut around the rim and was by far my favorite.

Later in the evening, a band took to the stage behind the main bar and livened things up.

Martini Park is a classy place that I am sure will fill the niche of the 30 and up crowd that has some money to spend.

  6. I saw you that night with your huge camera and thought you looked familiar. Dawn was nice enough to add my name to the list, only having met me briefly at the local pub the night before. I have read your blog from time to time through Patti’s link.

I’m glad to put a name to the face!
